Floral Grunge

Hi Guys!!

It feels so good to be back with fashion posts. I’m sorry I’ve not been posting here for a while; I’ve just been SO BUSY!! College is very taxing and to keep up with my video schedule along with this, it’s just been very hard. Anyways I’ve figured a routine and I’ll try my best to not miss a post again.

For today’s look, I’ve gone for a gothic look with a twist! I love experimenting with my closet and try and find new ways of wearing my clothes. The dress I’m wearing in this look is a basic flowy floral dress. It’s super cute and very versatile. I was in the mood to try something new so I tired different layering options and settled for this suede fringe jacket that I feel adds so much drama to the look. For accessorizing, I’ve worn a huge ring and carrieda black studded clutch. I wanted to keep up with the gothic feels, so I wore a deep brown lip color with smokey eyes and curled my hair. The heels that I’m wearing in this post are something that I’ve been OBSESSED with. I love the gladiator cum tie up look of it and it looks so gorgeous on my feet. I feel it completes my look perfectly!

The Location: I quickly want to mention about my shooting experience this time. This by far was the TOUGHEST shoot I’ve ever done. The location is an actual jungle with snakes and insects and with the height of my heel it was a nightmare to move even two steps for posing. After a point it got too tiring and also risky shooting there but luckily I got few shots that I was really happy with.

Styling Tip : You can try wearing your dresses with distressed/ripped jeans, capes or any other kind of jackets. Layering can be super fun with such clothes. You can also add a belt (like I did) – bulky or thin, whatever goes with your outfit.
