Bindis have always attracted me. As a kid I despised them, I don’t know why but I just did. But as I grew, I started liking Indian clothes more & I started feeling attracted to bindis. I always wanted to wear them, but was hesitant and thought of it as something that won’t suit my face. Ever since I started blogging, I haven’t been hesitant to try new things out, and so I finally gave in and I’m so freaking happy that I did. The look was planned around the bindi. I wore an Indian print crop top along with palazzos, to give an indo western vibe. I love how it worked with the bindi. To accessorize, I went for dull colored oxidized earrings & a chunky oxidized bracelet. I’m wearing kolaphuris, which compliment the look so well, & carried a long a colourful indian sling with tassels, which I feel adds such a pop of color to the outfit. I kept my makeup simple with long lashes & just kajal. I feel like brown lip color works the best with Indian faces and that’s why I wore that. Every time I push my boundaries, try something new and take a leap is when I’m the happiest and most satisfied with my look. Fashion is something that keeps me going and be it Indian, Western or any other kind, I’m always gonna embrace it with open arms & keep innovating. I really hope you guys like this look!
